Stonesmith is a home office company based in Walnut Creek California.  We are a licensed landscape contractor specializing in small yards and hillsides in the San Francisco East Bay Area.

Our designs are focused on stonework and companion plants.  We are often called to work on only one element of the yard: a wall, a patio, a waterfall and pond or a rock garden.  In this case, we work to beautify the existing space by enhancing it in harmony with what already exists.   Our designs are customized for each location based on the needs and preferences of the customer. We draw from the California landscape, it's natural rock and native plants.  We incorporate principals of balance, blending color and texture to achieve an overall atmosphere appropriate to the use of the space. Beauty and harmony are the results of our work.
